How long will it last?

I design and build each piece to run as intended for at least five years, and I have pieces in regular use that have run well since 2018. That said, electronics don’t last forever, and some parts may need maintenance over time.

My guarantee: If your piece stops working as intended within one year of purchase, I’ll repair it free, including shipping both ways. This covers defects and normal wear, but not accidental damage such as drops or water exposure.

After one year: I can repair your piece for most any reason. Ship the piece to me and I’ll repair it for a flat fee of $80, which covers my time, any needed parts, and return shipping. If a repair isn’t possible or requires extensive work, I’ll contact you before proceeding. Repairs can take up to four weeks.
